OUR PROMISE We want you to love your UNQUOTEED gear. If something isn't right, we make it easy. We offer FREE returns on all orders.
THE RETURN WINDOW You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Send an email to ping.us@unquoteed.in with your Order Number and a quick reason for the return.
- Our team will send you a pre-paid shipping label.
- Drop the package off at the designated courier point.
RETURN CONDITIONS To be eligible for a free return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Free of any stains, scents, or signs of wear.
REFUNDS Once we receive your return at our warehouse and verify the condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
EXCHANGES Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order for the size you need.
